Job Description

The IRP Technician is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and responding to critical FAB infrastructure and facility systems during shift operations. Serving as the primary on-site technical resource during off-hours and weekends, this role ensures a rapid response to equipment failures, utility disruptions, and facility alarms to minimize downtime and maintain safe, continuous operations.

  • Monitor FAB infrastructure: Oversee facility systems to ensure stable operations.
  • Emergency Response:
    Respond immediately to alarms, system faults, and equipment failures to minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshooting:
    Independently diagnose and repair technical issues as they arise.
  • Maintenance:
    Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on all critical facility systems.
  • Coordination:
    Communicate effectively with operations, engineering, and safety teams during incidents.
  • Escalation:
    Perform initial containment and manage escalation for high-risk or complex failures.
  • Safety Compliance:
    Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, including LOTO, PPE, and emergency procedures.
  • Documentation:
    Record all incidents, repairs, and shift activities within maintenance tracking systems.
Continuous Improvement:
Support efforts to enhance system reliability and response efficiency.
