GRAND TRIP GAS STATION
as a skilled and dedicated Gas Station Technician and Maintenance Specialist. In this vital role, you will ensure the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of our fueling station while providing exceptional service to our customers. Your expertise in welding, plumbing, HVAC, and construction will keep our facility operating smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Duties Perform welding tasks including
MIG, FCAW
(Flux-Cored Arc Welding), TIG welding, and welding to repair and fabricate station components. Conduct routine maintenance on fuel pumps, HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and fire sprinkler fittings to ensure compliance with safety standards. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble or repair piping systems, pipelines, and mechanical equipment. Utilize hand tools, power tools, calipers, pipe threading machines, tube benders, and soldering equipment for installation and repairs. Inspect construction sites or manufacturing areas for safety hazards; perform rigging and assembly tasks as needed. Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, schematics updates, and maintenance logs following ASME codes & standards. Assist with construction projects involving plumbing, HVAC systems, or pipeline installation while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience with MIG welding, FCAW, TIG welding, fire sprinkler fitting, and welding techniques. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams. Familiarity with pipe threading, tube bending, soldering, and the use of hand tools and power tools. Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing installation/maintenance, rigging procedures, and pipeline assembly. Ability to perform basic math calculations relevant to measurements and material estimations. Construction site experience or manufacturing background preferred; safety-conscious mindset essential. Certifications in welding (AWS or equivalent), rigging certification is a plus; familiarity with ASME codes & standards highly desirable. Join us at
