English General Job Description :

Lays out, fabricates, prepares and checks pipe against job specifications for assembly at the job site.

Functional Requirements :

Interprets spool sheet diagrams to determine size, shapes and angles of required pipes, pipe fittings, flanges, etc.; plans sequence of fabrication; measures and cuts pipe; cleans and prepares pipe by grinding, bends and threads pipe - may operate bending machine; assembles and joins pipe and pipefittings; may operate hydraulic lift to relocate pipe.
