No prior teaching experience is required—if you have strong pipefitting knowledge and hands-on experience, we will support you in developing your teaching skills. This is a full-time position with guaranteed hours and growth opportunities. Responsibilities Teach students the fundamentals and advanced techniques of pipefitting Demonstrate proper use of tools, equipment, and safety procedures Guide students through hands-on training and real-world applications Monitor student progress and provide feedback Maintain a safe and organized training environment Requirements Strong hands-on experience in pipefitting (commercial, industrial, or related field) Ability to clearly explain and demonstrate trade skills Reliable, professional, and motivated Willingness to mentor and train students No prior teaching experience required

Compensation & Benefits Pay:

$25/hour

Guaranteed:

40 hours per week

Overtime:

Available depending on student enrollment
