This role is ideal for someone with experience in leak detection and / or swimming pool construction/service . If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working both independently and in the field, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in a high-demand industry. What You'll Do Perform leak detection on residential and commercial swimming pools, spas, and plumbing systems Use specialized equipment (acoustic listening devices, pressure testing tools, dye testing, etc.) to identify leaks Inspect pool structures, plumbing lines, and equipment systems Document findings and clearly communicate results to office for invoicing Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to walk long distances and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Preferred Qualifications Experience with pressure testing or acoustic leak detection equipment Knowledge of pool systems (liners, plumbing, filtration, etc.) Pay & Structure Weekly pay Option to work as W-2 employee or 1099 contractor Flexible pay structure: hourly, commission, or combination (based on experience and preference) Perks Company vehicle (take-home) Gas card provided Flexible scheduling depending on workload About Us We are a small business based in Leesburg, VA , serving Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland .
