This is not entry-level work. We are seeking experienced individuals with a strong background in commercial and industrial piping systems, welding, fabrication, and mechanical installations. What You'll Do Install, assemble, modify, and maintain commercial and industrial piping systems Perform high-quality welding and fabrication work in both field and shop environments Read and interpret blueprints, isometrics, and technical drawings Troubleshoot and repair piping and mechanical systems Work on steam, hydronic, fuel gas, and process piping systems Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and field personnel to complete projects successfully Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in clean and professional condition Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of pipe fitting and welding experience Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial mechanical systems Ability to read and interpret construction and mechanical drawings Experience with field fabrication and welding Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Compensation & Benefits At Shaw Boiler and Mechanical, we recognize and reward skilled professionals.
