Experienced Skid Steer / Dozer Finish Grade Operator - Ocala, FL A&R Development Group has been building in Marion County and the surrounding area for over 10 years, and we've got a steady pipeline of work ahead. We're looking for a skilled finish grade operator who takes pride in their work and wants a long-term home with a solid, growing company. What You'll Do Operate skid steer and dozer for finish grading on residential and commercial sites Read and work from grade stakes, plans, and site layouts to hit elevations accurately Shape pads, slopes, swales, and drainage to spec Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Work safely and communicate with the crew and site supervisors What We're Looking For Proven experience as a finish grade operator on skid steer and dozer Ability to grade to tight tolerances with minimal rework Experience with laser or GPS grade control is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable, on time, and serious about safety and quality What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Company work truck Paid time off after 6 months, renewed yearly Steady, year-round work with a pipeline of upcoming projects An established company that values its operators Ready to join the team?
