This is a field-first role . You will spend 50-85% of your time operating aerial equipment , with the remainder assisting the crew as needed. Work is currently 30-40 hours per week , with winter workflow improving as marketing expands. When we have jobs, we work them. What This Role Requires Proven aerial lift competence Clear communication at height Zero reckless behavior Mechanical awareness Ability to work 8-12 hour outdoor days in all conditions If your ego is tied to your experience and you are uncoachable, this is not the place for you.
