Job Description

About the Role TalentClout is hiring experienced Solids Control Technicians for immediate oilfield contract placements. We work with top-tier energy clients across active drilling regions. If you have hands-on experience running solids control equipment in the field, we want to talk. Schedule 28 days on / 14 days off rotation
Compensation Pay Rate:
DOE — $21-$24/hr (based on experience)
Per Diem:
$45/day
Travel Allowance:
$400/mobilization Responsibilities Operate and maintain solids control equipment including shale shakers, decanting centrifuges, mud cleaners, desanders, and desilters Monitor drilling fluid properties and adjust equipment settings to maintain mud weight and viscosity targets Perform routine preventive maintenance and equipment inspections Coordinate with mud engineers and rig crews to optimize solids control program Maintain accurate daily reports and equipment logs Ensure all operations comply with client safety standards and wellsite procedures Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on solids control experience in the oilfield (required) Proficiency operating shakers, centrifuges, and associated SC equipment Ability to work a 28x14 rotational schedule in remote locations Valid driver's license TWIC, H2S, HAZWOPER, or other oilfield safety certifications a plus Must be able to pass drug screen and background check What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience $45/day per diem while on rotation $400 travel reimbursement per hitch Consistent schedule with a reputable national operator Direct recruiter support throughout your assignment
