The work shift could also include off hours, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Candidates must live within a reasonable commute of the Aliquippa Office located at 972 Frankfort Rd Aliquippa, PA 15001 or be willing to relocate within 6 months of hire.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Line locating, reading meters, patrolling, and other general maintenance
  • Repairs and maintains gas equipment and pipeline systems
  • Operation, maintenance and routine repairs to gas compressors and natural gas power engines
  • Identify and react to abnormal operating conditions in compressor and pipeline facilities
  • Accurate documentation and record keeping of pressures, flows and temperatures
  • Follow all operating protocols, inspection requirements, maintenance tasks, and safety procedures to ensure safe and reliable operation of facilities.
  • Work outdoors in all types of weather

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Physical capability to work around hazards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfort working around high pressure pipelines and large engines/compressors
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and committed to a strong safety culture
  • Must be willing to work overtime when needed and work in all weather conditions

PA. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This is a position within the Company's collective bargaining unit with a starting hourly rate of pay of $35.83, after 6 months $36.83/hr, and after 1 year $38.96/hr. National Fuel offers a comprehensive benefits package including the following:
