Full-Time (30+ hours), Permanent. About the Role The company is seeking a Hydro Operator Level I to join our manufacturing team in Baytown, TX. This is an entry-level position responsible for supporting and performing basic operational tasks related to hydrostatic testing in pipe production. You will participate in a structured on-the-job training program focused on skill acquisition and safe operations, completing competency modules and hands-on training to develop the fundamental skills necessary for safe and effective hydrostatic testing. What You'll Do Support and perform basic operational tasks related to hydrostatic testing in pipe production. Operate or support the operation of production equipment used in manufacturing flexible pipe. Participate in a structured on-the-job training program. Complete competency modules and hands-on training to develop core skills. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safe work practices. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. 12 months of relevant experience (preferred). Entry-level candidates welcome. Valid Class C driver's license (may drive to remote locations).
