Job Description

Overview A Integrity Technician is responsible for role covering: in-line inspection (ILI) support, right-of-way (ROW) patrols, leak detection, non-destructive testing (NDT/UT wall thickness), cathodic protection (CP) surveys and rectifier work, atmospheric coating inspection and application, chemical injection support, pipeline locating via EM and GPS, and permanent marker installation/maintenance. Responsibilities Inspect, maintain, and operate pipelines, valves, filters, pumps, gas compressors, storage tanks, and pump station equipment. Conduct damage prevention activities such as pipeline patrols, one-calls, locating and marking pipelines, and inspecting line crossings and excavations. Perform pigging activities and complete all required documentation. Maintain working knowledge of regulatory requirements and complete associated documentation (OSHA, DOT, EPA, etc.). Plan, organize, and prioritize responsibilities while coordinating work with employees and contractors. Coordinate and communicate with landowners, public agencies, contractors, utilities, and other pipeline operators. Actively participate in safety programs and initiatives, adhering to company policies and procedures. Provide on-call support for assigned areas on a rotating basis. Comply with safety policies and procedures. Perform energy isolation lockout/tagout procedures (LOTO). Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 5+ years of experience as an Integrity Technician and required. 5+ years of pipeline field/locating experience required. Proficiency in CP surveys, UT/NDT, coating inspection and application, pipeline locating, and GPS/electronic mapping systems. Mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools. Strong field documentation habits. High School Diploma or GED required. College Degree or Technical training preferred. Valid US Driver's License with an acceptable driving record. Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug, MVR, agility and fit for duty. Physical Requirements - Must be able to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs. Walking, bending stooping is required. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment. Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms. Understanding of importance of environmental and safe work practices Must live within 30 miles of Runge, TX
