In this role, you will be responsible for installing durable and aesthetically pleasing outdoor hardscape features, including pavers, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape elements. Your expertise will help bring outdoor visions to life, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects while honing your skills in building material installation and outdoor construction techniques. Duties Read and interpret plans, and specifications to accurately execute hardscape installations Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up tools, and ensuring safety protocols are followed Install various hardscape features such as pavers, stonework, brickwork, retaining walls, and decorative elements using hand tools and power tools Operate heavy equipment safely for excavation, grading, and material placement as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure projects adhere to timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and compliance with construction plans Assist with other related tasks such as plumbing or electrical work when required for integrated outdoor features Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on outdoor hardscape or building material installation Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and construction plans Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation Knowledge of building materials such as stone, brick, concrete pavers, stucco, and related products Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety protocol adherence Experience with remodeling projects or outdoor work environments preferred Skills in plumbing, electrical work, irrigation are a plus but not required Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites including the use of safety gear and protocols Excellent attention to detail combined with physical stamina for demanding outdoor tasks Join us in creating stunning outdoor spaces that elevate landscapes and delight clients!
