In this role, you will be responsible for constructing the structural framework of buildings, ensuring precision and safety at every step. Your expertise in framing techniques, blueprint interpretation, and use of hand and power tools will be essential to delivering high-quality projects on time. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse construction projects, from commercial metal building erection to residential remodeling, while working in a fast-paced environment that values craftsmanship and teamwork. Duties Read and interpret detailed construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing tasks Erect buildings, metal stud framing, and traditional wood frameworks with precision and adherence to safety standards Install rebar and perform concrete forming and finishing to support structural integrity Execute masonry work, plastering, and trim carpentry to enhance building aesthetics and functionality Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently for framing and related tasks Measure dimensional specifications accurately using tape measures and other measuring devices for proper fitment Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for frame carpentry, remodeling, and site setup Collaborate with construction management teams to interpret technical plans and ensure project milestones are met Maintain a clean, organized worksite by managing materials, tools, and debris effectively Must provide own tools and equipment Must provide own transportation from job to job Experience Proven experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, and framing carpentry Strong background in construction site work with a focus on safety protocols and quality standards Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and executing construction plans accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other essential construction equipment Knowledge of masonry techniques, drywall installation (including plastering), woodworking, and remodeling projects Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations reliably Prior experience in construction management or supervising team members is advantageous but not required Join our team as an Experienced Framer if you're passionate about building structures that stand the test of time!
