Duties Install various hardscape elements such as pavers, retaining walls, patios, walkways, and decorative stone features following detailed construction plans and schematics Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently to complete installations Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure precise placement and alignment of materials Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks while installing masonry and landscaping. Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and building codes while maintaining a clean and organized job site Assist with site preparation including excavation, grading, and foundation work for outdoor structures Conduct quality inspections during installation processes to meet project specifications and client expectations Qualifications Proven experience in hardscape installation or related construction fields such as masonry, concrete finishing, or landscaping Strong knowledge of building materials including stone, brick, concrete, stucco, glass, and wood components Skilled in using hand tools (trowels, chisels), power tools (drills, saws), and heavy equipment (excavators or skid steers) Ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and interpret construction plans accurately Experience with outdoor work environments across various weather conditions Familiarity with safety protocols related to construction sites and equipment operation Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces that stand the test of time!
