Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Pool Construction Specialist and bring luxurious outdoor living spaces to life! In this energetic role, you will oversee the construction of custom pools from start to finish, ensuring each project meets high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. Your expertise will help transform backyard visions into stunning reality, creating enjoyable and functional environments for our clients. Duties Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute pool designs and layouts Prepare construction sites by setting up forms, framing, and pouring concrete for pool shells and surrounding structures Install plumbing systems, electrical components, and filtration equipment to ensure proper functionality of pools Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to excavate, shape, and finish pool areas with precision Perform finishing tasks such as plastering, tile laying, caulking, and applying coatings to achieve a polished look Coordinate with team members on site to ensure timely progress while adhering to safety protocols and building codes Conduct inspections throughout the construction process to maintain quality standards and troubleshoot issues promptly Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on pool or outdoor structure building Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to pool projects Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and various fabrication techniques Familiarity with plumbing, electrical systems, concrete forming, masonry, plastering, and tile installation Ability to read construction plans accurately and follow detailed instructions effectively Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project challenges Valid experience in construction management or estimating is a plus but not mandatory Join us if you're passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces!
