Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plasterer/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of plastering, masonry, and general labor tasks to support residential, commercial, and renovation projects. Your expertise will help ensure high-quality finishes and efficient project progress. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple trades while contributing to impactful building projects. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying necessary primers or bonding agents for plastering and masonry work Mix and apply plaster, stucco, or other finishing materials with precision using hand tools and power tools Install rebar, metal studs, framing, and perform concrete forming to support structural elements Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute project specifications and measurements Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate construction tasks such as demolition, framing, or restoration Assist with tile laying, caulking, trim carpentry, roofing, and other finishing touches to enhance the overall quality of the project Support site cleanup, material handling, and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times Skills Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on masonry, plastering, or renovation projects Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and concrete forming processes Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for precise execution of tasks Skilled in the use of hand tools such as trowels, hammers, chisels as well as power tools including drills and saws Familiarity with rebar installation, metal stud framing, tile laying, caulking, and trim carpentry Experience operating heavy equipment safely on construction sites Knowledge of schematics related to plumbing or electrical systems is a plus but not required Join us if you're eager to build a career in construction that values your craftsmanship and dedication!
