Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute installation tasks Install building materials such as tile, masonry, stucco, drywall, flooring, and fixtures with precision Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform installations including gutter systems, cabinetry, glass panels, and plumbing fixtures Conduct construction inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit and finish Follow blueprint specifications for remodeling projects or new construction sites Operate heavy equipment when necessary for site preparation or material handling Perform finishing tasks such as caulking, plastering, painting, concrete finishing, and masonry work to achieve a polished look Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations Skills Proficiency with Bluebeam software for reviewing construction documents and plans Strong knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes Experience with construction inspection procedures and interpreting technical drawings Skilled in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, masonry, drywall installation, flooring installation, and related trades Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment safely and efficiently Familiarity with gutter installation, tile masonry work, glass installation, fixture setup, and remodeling techniques Excellent measurement skills with tape measures; ability to take accurate dimensional measurements Knowledge of building materials including concrete forming materials, stucco mixes, plaster compounds, caulking products etc. Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Experience working on construction sites with adherence to safety standards and protocols Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow detailed instructions precisely Join our team if you're eager to apply your diverse construction skills in a collaborative environment that values craftsmanship!
