Job Description

Overview Construction + is seeking motivated and skilled construction professionals to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that range from remodeling and restoration to new construction, emphasizing quality craftsmanship and safety. As a Construction + team member, you will be integral in executing a variety of building tasks, managing site operations, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Assist in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to perform tasks such as concrete finishing, framing, roofing, and masonry Perform construction inspection duties to verify quality control and adherence to safety standards throughout the project lifecycle Execute various carpentry tasks including trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, framing, and drywall finishing Conduct installation of glass, flooring, tile laying, stucco, plastering, and hardscape features with precision and attention to detail Support demolition, restoration work, and remodeling projects by utilizing hand tools and fabrication techniques Manage site safety protocols, coordinate with team members on material handling like concrete forming or masonry work, and operate heavy machinery as needed Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with familiarity in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, and heavy equipment operation Knowledge of construction management practices including estimating, scheduling, and quality assurance Skilled in various trades such as plumbing, electrical work, welding, roofing, masonry, or carpentry is highly desirable Ability to perform detailed inspections using construction standards for quality control and safety compliance Strong understanding of construction materials like concrete, stucco, plastering compounds, glass panels, tiles, and wood products Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and understanding project requirements Join us at Construction + where your skills build more than structures — they build careers!
