Job Summary Join our landscaping or hardscaping team, where you'll play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. Responsibilities Execute landscape installation tasks including planting, grading, and soil preparation with precision and care Operate a variety of power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate construction and landscaping projects Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution Perform concrete forming, masonry, hardscape installation, and other construction-related activities Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications Collaborate with team members to complete remodeling or renovation tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and construction estimating techniques Experience operating heavy equipment and power tools safely on construction sites Ability to perform concrete finishing, masonry work, and fabrication tasks with accuracy Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and inspection procedures Hands-on experience with restoration work such as plastering or stucco application is a plus Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards This position is ideal for energetic individuals passionate about outdoor construction and landscaping.
