Overview Join our dynamic team as a House Painter and bring vibrant transformations to residential and commercial spaces! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and finishes, and ensuring every project meets high standards of quality and durability. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools Read blueprints, schematics, and detailed project plans to accurately execute painting tasks in residential and commercial settings Perform drywall repair, trim carpentry, fixture installation, and basic carpentry work as needed for seamless finishes Execute specialty coatings including industrial painting, stucco application, masonry finishes, and restoration projects Use construction estimating skills to assess project scope and materials needed for efficient job completion Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste properly while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites Qualifications Proven experience in residential painting with knowledge of color theory and finishing techniques Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and equipment such as airless sprayers Familiarity with construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math calculations for project planning Hands-on experience in construction site environments with understanding of safety standards and protocols Knowledge of plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry work, and renovation processes is highly desirable Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately for precise execution of tasks Strong handyman skills including fixture installation, framing carpentry, We're looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship.
