Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using hand tools and power tools such as airless paint sprayers and brushes Perform specialty coatings including stucco, masonry, industrial painting, and restoration work on various surfaces Install fixtures, trim carpentry elements, and perform renovation tasks like drywall finishing or framing as needed Maintain safety protocols on construction sites while operating equipment like welding machines or concrete finishing tools Skills Proficiency in residential and commercial painting techniques with an understanding of color theory for aesthetic consistency Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment, and other relevant machinery Experience with plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry work, and restoration projects Familiarity with construction site procedures including scaffolding setup and maintenance tasks Basic math skills for measuring surfaces and calculating material needs accurately Ability to perform renovation tasks such as fixture installation, framing carpentry, concrete finishing, welding, and handyman repairs Join us in creating beautiful spaces while advancing your skills in a fast-paced construction environment!
