In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through comprehensive remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Your expertise will help clients realize their vision by executing renovations that are both functional and aesthetically appealing. This position offers an exciting opportunity for hands-on work across a variety of residential projects, with a focus on delivering exceptional results that exceed expectations. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of construction activities including framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and finish carpentry such as trim and door hanging. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently on-site. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. Install various systems such as plumbing, electrical components, glass, cabinets, and roofing materials with precision. Execute concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, stucco application, and restoration projects to enhance structural integrity and appearance. Manage construction site activities including material handling, site cleanup, caulking, painting, masonry work, and hardscape installation to maintain a productive workflow. Requirements Proven experience in construction or remodeling projects with a strong background in carpentry, flooring installation, tile work, or related trades. Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes to support project planning. Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical systems, drywall finishing, roofing techniques, concrete finishing, welding, and masonry is highly desirable. Skilled in operating power tools such as saws, drills, grinders; hand tools; heavy equipment; and fabrication machinery safely. Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
