Execute comprehensive bathroom remodels, including demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, and finishing touches Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed construction plans to guide project execution Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to install fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, and wall coverings Manage construction site safety protocols while coordinating with team members and clients to ensure smooth workflow Perform construction inspection tasks to verify quality standards and adherence to building codes Utilize construction estimating skills to assist in project planning and material procurement Conduct concrete forming, masonry work, plastering, caulking, and other specialized tasks as needed for bathroom renovations Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematic interpretation for precise project execution Extensive experience with plumbing and electrical systems installation and troubleshooting Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques Knowledge of tile laying, flooring installation, drywall finishing, stucco application, and glass installation Ability to perform masonry work including concrete finishing and concrete forming techniques Familiarity with construction management practices and construction site safety standards Experience with remodeling projects involving carpentry (trim carpentry, frame carpentry), cabinet installation, door hanging, roofing, restoration work, hardscape development, welding, masonry, painting, and masonry work Embark on a fulfilling career where your craftsmanship makes a real difference!
