In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of masonry tasks, from laying bricks and blocks to working with concrete and stone. Your skills will help shape the foundation of our projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and safety on every site. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse renovation, restoration, and new construction projects while honing your skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute masonry projects. Mix, pour, and finish concrete with precision, ensuring smooth surfaces and proper setting. Install rebar reinforcement to provide structural integrity for various masonry structures. Construct walls, facades, fireplaces, and other architectural features using bricks, blocks, stone, or stucco. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for cutting, shaping, and installing masonry materials. Perform rebar installation, concrete forming, caulking, and trim carpentry as needed for project completion. Assist with heavy equipment operation when required for lifting or moving large materials on-site. Read construction plans thoroughly to ensure accurate measurements and placement of materials. Support demolition, renovation, restoration projects by removing old masonry elements carefully. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris removal to promote safety at all times.
