In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance aesthetics, and ensure client satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that require precision, creativity, and a strong work ethic. Whether you're experienced in renovation or specialized in construction painting, your skills will contribute to our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray equipment including airless paint sprayers. Read blueprints and schematics to accurately determine paint requirements and project specifications. Perform specialized tasks like caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry work, and fixture installation as needed. Execute renovation projects by restoring or remodeling existing structures with attention to detail and quality standards. Maintain safety protocols on construction sites by using proper equipment and adhering to OSHA guidelines. Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet deadlines while ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship. Skills Extensive experience in residential and commercial painting projects with a solid understanding of construction estimating. Knowledge of color theory to select appropriate hues and finishes that meet client preferences. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and industrial equipment used in construction painting. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately for precise execution. Strong background in plastering, stucco application, concrete finishing, masonry, and restoration work. Familiarity with schematics for fixture installation and maintenance tasks across various building types. Basic math skills for measuring surfaces and calculating paint quantities efficiently; carpentry skills including frame carpentry and trim carpentry are a plus.
