Edens Structural is a growing foundation repair company seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team as a Crawlspace crew member. This is an entry-level position with opportunities to learn specialized foundation repair and concrete lifting techniques while working alongside experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
Assist crew leaders with foundation repair and wood structure lifting projects Load and unload tools and materials Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow safety guidelines and company procedures Perform physical labor in indoor and outdoor environments
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Reliable transportation and punctuality Willingness to learn new skills Construction experience preferred but not required
