Responsibilities Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and repairing to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute painting plans and specifications Apply paints, stains, primers, sealers, and specialty coatings using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools Perform surface preparation tasks including drywall finishing, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry work, and concrete finishing as needed for project completion Install fixtures, hardware, and trim carpentry elements to achieve seamless aesthetic results Assist with renovation projects by providing skilled restoration work and supporting remodeling efforts on various construction sites Requirements Proven experience in residential painting, commercial painting, or construction painting Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately for precise application of paint systems Familiarity with hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers, caulking guns, as well as power tools including spray guns (airless), drills, saws, welding equipment (if applicable), and other construction tools Experience with plastering, stucco application, masonry work, framing carpentry, fixture installation, and restoration projects is highly desirable Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to surface area coverage and material quantities Construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and ability to work efficiently in diverse environments Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills toward transforming spaces!
