Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Painter and bring vibrant visions to life across residential, commercial, and renovation projects! This energetic role is perfect for skilled craftsmen who thrive on transforming spaces with precision and creativity. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces, ensuring high-quality results that enhance the beauty and durability of each project. Your expertise will contribute to creating inspiring environments, whether restoring historic buildings or completing modern renovations. We value motivated individuals eager to showcase their craftsmanship while working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and repairing to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute painting plans and specifications Apply paints, stains, primers, sealers, and specialty coatings using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools Perform surface preparation tasks including drywall finishing, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry work, and concrete finishing as needed for project completion Install fixtures, hardware, and trim carpentry elements to achieve seamless aesthetic results Assist with renovation projects by providing skilled restoration work and supporting remodeling efforts on various construction sites Requirements Proven experience in residential painting, commercial painting, or construction painting Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately for precise application of paint systems Familiarity with hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers, caulking guns, as well as power tools including spray guns (airless), drills, saws, welding equipment (if applicable), and other construction tools Experience with plastering, stucco application, masonry work, framing carpentry, fixture installation, and restoration projects is highly desirable Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to surface area coverage and material quantities Construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and ability to work efficiently in diverse environments Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills toward transforming spaces!
