Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plasterer/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of plastering and labor tasks on residential, commercial, and renovation projects. Your expertise will help create smooth, durable finishes on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces while supporting the overall progress of construction sites. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in multiple trades within a fast-paced environment dedicated to quality craftsmanship and safety. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers to ensure optimal plaster adhesion Mix and apply plaster, stucco, or other finishing materials with precision using hand tools and power tools Install metal stud framing, rebar, and formwork for concrete projects Assist with concrete finishing, including pouring, smoothing, and sealing concrete surfaces Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute construction plans and specifications Operate heavy equipment and scaffolding safely to access elevated or hard-to-reach areas Support masonry tasks such as tile laying, caulking, trim carpentry, and roof repairs as needed Use hand tools like trowels, hammers, chisels, and power tools to complete assigned tasks efficiently Assist in demolition or restoration work during renovation projects while maintaining safety protocols Follow all safety guidelines on-site to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and team members Experience Prior experience working on construction sites with knowledge of various trades such as masonry, carpentry, roofing, or restoration is highly preferred Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution Hands-on experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, stucco application, and drywall finishing is advantageous Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and effectively Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus but not required Strong understanding of construction safety standards and protocols Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're eager to build your career in construction by mastering diverse skills across multiple trades.
