Duties Erect metal building frameworks, including steel studs and framing components, following detailed schematics and blueprints Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing to prepare structures for subsequent construction phases Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to lift, position, and secure framing materials Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate framing and structural alignment Perform masonry tasks such as installing siding, stucco, or plastering as needed for project completion Conduct quality inspections of framing work, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate tasks efficiently and meet project timelines Requirements Proven experience in metal building erection, frame carpentry, or related construction roles on active sites Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation with a focus on safety and precision Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to framing projects Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces when required Familiarity with construction management practices and site safety protocols Knowledge of rebar installation, concrete forming, masonry techniques including siding and stucco application Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving on-site Join us if you're passionate about building durable structures with precision craftsmanship!
