We're looking for dependable, hands-on installers to join our team. You'll help build carports, patio covers, pole barns, and metal structures. If you like working outdoors and take pride in showing up and doing quality work, this job is for you.
Requirements:
Must show up on time — every time. Reliability is a must. Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Basic construction experience preferred (metal buildings, framing, or concrete). Ability to lift materials and use basic hand/power tools safely. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

We're not interested in "no-shows" or folks who call in sick every week. We want go-getters who take pride in showing up, working hard, and being part of a dependable team that gets the job done.
Pay:
Based on experience ($18-$25/hr) with opportunities for growth.
Schedule:

Responsibilities Erect metal building structures, including carports and patio covers, following detailed schematics and blueprints Prepare and pour concrete foundations, formwork, and slabs with precision and attention to detail Install rebar reinforcement to ensure structural integrity of concrete elements Execute framing tasks using wood, metal studs, or other materials, including roof framing and siding installation Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate efficient construction processes Perform masonry tasks such as laying bricks or blocks for aesthetic or structural purposes Finish concrete surfaces with techniques like troweling, smoothing, and sealing for a polished look Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide project execution Utilize hand tools effectively for carpentry, trim work, plastering, and stucco application Manage construction site safety protocols while coordinating with team members for seamless project flow Assist with remodeling or restoration projects as needed to meet client specifications Experience Proven experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, or related construction roles Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, masonry, roofing, siding, and framing techniques Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics essential for precise project execution Hands-on experience operating power tools and heavy equipment safely on construction sites Knowledge of construction management principles to coordinate tasks efficiently Background in carpentry—frame carpentry, trim work, woodworking—and drywall or plastering is highly desirable Ability to lift heavy materials safely and work at heights when necessary Prior experience working on residential or commercial outdoor structures preferred Join us if you're ready to build exceptional outdoor spaces with energy and precision!
