Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Pergola Builder / Outdoor Structure Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, assembling, and installing custom outdoor structures such as pergolas, gazebos, and other outdoor living features. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional retreats for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a wide range of construction skills in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about craftsmanship and outdoor design. What You'll Be Building Wood pergolas Aluminum pergolas Patio covers Outdoor shade structures Privacy walls Structural framing Custom outdoor living projects Experience Proven experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, or related construction fields Hands-on experience with carpentry including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, woodworking, and metal stud framing Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for complex outdoor projects Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation Knowledge of rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, roofing systems, siding installation, and stucco application Prior experience working on construction sites with a focus on outdoor structures or remodeling projects Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle What We're Looking For Experience building pergolas, patios, decks, or similar structures Ability to read plans and measurements accurately Professional appearance and communication Reliable transportation Own tools preferred Ability to work safely and efficiently Detail-oriented craftsmanship Problem-solving ability in the field Join our team if you're eager to build stunning outdoor spaces while honing your construction skills!
