Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stucco (EIFS) Applicator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS) and traditional stucco finishes to a variety of building exteriors. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring durable, aesthetically pleasing facades. This position offers an exciting opportunity for skilled tradespeople passionate about craftsmanship, renovation, and construction innovation to make a tangible impact on commercial and residential projects. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer to ensure optimal adhesion of stucco materials Mix and apply EIFS or traditional stucco using hand tools, power tools, and trowels with precision and consistency Install rebar reinforcement, metal lath, or mesh to provide structural support for stucco systems Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately follow project specifications Utilize scaffolding, heavy equipment, and safety gear to access elevated or hard-to-reach areas safely Perform concrete finishing, masonry work, and plastering tasks as needed for seamless application Conduct inspections during and after application to ensure quality standards are met and rectify any imperfections Qualifications Proven experience in stucco application, EIFS installation, or related masonry trades with a strong understanding of construction site procedures Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation safely and effectively Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to exterior wall systems Familiarity with concrete forming, rebar installation, metal stud framing, tile laying, roofing, caulking, trim carpentry, welding, and restoration techniques is highly desirable Ability to interpret construction estimates and assist in renovation projects involving exterior finishes Strong safety awareness with adherence to OSHA standards and site protocols Join us in delivering high-quality exterior finishes that stand the test of time!
