High-Paying / Per Job (Production-Based) Material Provided Labor Only•You Keep Your Margins Higher Earnings for Fast, Quality Work Consistent New Build Projects Available We are hiring experienced brick & stone subcontractor crews for new residential construction . We have an active pipeline of homes and are looking to add 2 reliable, production-driven teams immediately . Crews will handle full exterior brick and/or stone installation on new builds. Requirements Must have a full crew (no individuals) Experience with new construction masonry Ability to complete full house installs Reliable transportation & tools Must be fast, clean, and consistent Understand basic exterior brick plans Responsibilities Install brick & stone veneer per plans Maintain quality workmanship and clean finish Stay on schedule and meet production timelines Coordinate with project manager start and finish of project What We Offer Steady workflow of new home construction projects No material cost•focus on labor profit Opportunity for long-term work and growth Provide pay increase based on production
