In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and decorative features that transform landscapes into stunning environments. Your skills will help create durable, functional, and visually appealing outdoor spaces that clients will enjoy for years to come. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation of hardscape features. Prepare sites by grading, excavating, and setting forms for concrete pouring or masonry work. Install paving materials including stone, brick, concrete pavers, and other building materials with accuracy and attention to detail. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate efficient installation processes. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks such as masonry, concrete finishing, carpentry, and landscaping elements. Conduct quality inspections throughout the project to ensure adherence to blueprints, schematics, and safety standards. Complete site cleanup and ensure all installations meet client specifications and project timelines. Skills Extensive construction site experience with a focus on hardscape installation techniques. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation relevant to masonry and concrete work. Knowledge of building material installation including bricklaying, stone setting, concrete forming and finishing, stucco application, caulking, plastering, roofing prep, and glass installation. Electrical experience or plumbing knowledge is a plus for integrated outdoor features. Ability to perform detailed construction inspection and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
