Key Responsibilities:
New Construction and Remodel:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Train and mentor Apprentices. Perform routine cleaning, inspection, and maintenance of residential and light commercial plumbing. Diagnose issues and replace faulty components. Conduct thorough operation checks to verify proper system functionality. Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with clients. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and handymen, to complete construction plumbing tasks. Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulations, blueprint reading.Requirements:
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proven experience servicing and repairing residential and commercial plumbing. Ability to replace plumbing parts and ensure optimal performance. Good communication skills and a professional attitude. Maintain accurate records using ServiceTitan of work performed and materials used on each job. Valid driver's license for transporting materials to job sites. Attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality.Schedule:
