Overview Join our dynamic team as a Plumber Technician and become a vital part of delivering top-tier plumbing solutions across residential and commercial sites. In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, ensuring safety and compliance with local building codes. Your expertise will help us provide reliable water and waste management services, troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, and contribute to remodeling projects with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Conduct plumbing inspections utilizing cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately. Perform drain cleaning, pipe threading, and system maintenance to ensure optimal water flow and waste removal. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to execute construction plumbing projects effectively. Operate company vehicles safely while adhering to commercial driving regulations on local job sites. Assist with remodeling and assembly tasks, including carpentry work related to plumbing fixtures and systems. Conduct routine inspections of water systems, HVAC integrations, and plumbing system components to prevent failures. Use welding techniques where necessary for pipe repairs or modifications on heavy-duty construction sites. Follow all safety protocols, including heavy lifting procedures and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Collaborate with team members on construction site experience projects to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion. Skills Proven construction experience with a focus on residential or commercial plumbing projects. Strong mechanical knowledge of water systems, HVAC integration, and plumbing system maintenance. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and interpret building codes accurately. Experience with welding techniques relevant to pipework repairs or modifications. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Familiarity with construction site safety practices including heavy lifting and hazardous material handling. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely in various environments. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to pipe sizing or system specifications. Knowledge of remodeling processes including assembly of fixtures or structural components related to plumbing installations.
