We are looking to fill positions in Alabama, and Florida Panhandle . Great paid plus per diem for certain locations. Summary As a journeyman plumber, you will support commercial construction projects by installing plumbing systems. Project locations include the gulf coast region. This position Requires an Alabama State Journeyman/Master Plumber License Duties Commercial plumbing installation from underground/rough-ins stack out to trim outs on large scale commercial construction projects Install hangers and supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures before installation for water, gas, compressed air, medical gas, or other liquids. Interpret blueprints and building specifications required for each job site. Use of copper, steel, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX and other piping. Duties could include setting grease traps, decontamination tanks, oil interceptors, lint interceptors, and utility hook ups, etc 8+ years of commercial plumbing experience Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings Possess hand tools and trade specific tools Ability to direct the work of a helper or apprentice OSHA 10 hour (company will provide, if needed) Able to work from ladders and man lifts from various heights and operate equipment as needed Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up-to 50 lbs. Ability to pass a full background screening, MVR and drug screening Ability to pass a physical ability test Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedule (including weekends, as required by project).
