Responsibilities Provide high-level customer service and communicate effectively with customers, team members, supervisors, and management to complete jobs efficiently Install, repair, maintain, design, assemble, and pressure test plumbing systems for water, gas, heating, and drainage in accordance with plumbing codes and specifications Diagnose plumbing issues, determine root causes, and troubleshoot and repair systems including piping, fixtures, and equipment such as water heaters, dishwashers, and kitchen appliances Install and repair pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, and plumbing equipment, including supports and hangers for complete systems Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine system layouts and installation requirements Receive, manage, and complete work orders accurately and efficiently Maintain accurate job documentation including notes, material usage, labor tracking, invoices, and proposals using Knowify and company standards Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met and job sites are clean and compliant Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and materials in proper working condition Respond to emergency service calls as needed and participate in on-call rotation as required Work independently and manage daily service schedules efficiently Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and applicable plumbing codes Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Plumber required . Must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers, team members, and supervisors. Valid Arkansas Journeyman Plumbing License Valid Arkansas driver's license with acceptable driving record Working knowledge of Arkansas plumbing and gas codes Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screening and background check Ability to work independently and efficiently manage service calls Work Schedule This is a full-time position with standard workdays from Monday to Friday. The workday begins at 7:30 AM and ends when jobs are completed, usually between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM. We value work-life balance, so 40-hour workweeks are standard, with opportunities for overtime as needed. Occasional nights and weekends may be required.
