Duties Lead plumbing installation and repair projects on construction sites, ensuring adherence to blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications Read and interpret detailed construction drawings, schematics, and mechanical plans to execute precise plumbing layouts Supervise and coordinate with field workers, contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion Perform pipe threading, welding, pipe fitting, and assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools with precision Conduct construction estimating for plumbing components and labor costs to support project planning and budgeting Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards Oversee maintenance tasks on existing plumbing systems in commercial properties or remodeling projects Manage heavy lifting activities safely while handling large equipment or materials on-site Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues using mechanical knowledge and schematics to identify root causes quickly Support remodeling projects by integrating plumbing systems seamlessly into existing structures Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, inspections completed, and materials used for project records Qualifications Proven experience as a Master Plumber with extensive construction site experience in commercial settings Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, HVAC integration, welding techniques, pipe threading, and schematics reading Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical drawings for precise installation or repair work Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment as needed on-site Familiarity with construction estimating processes related to plumbing materials and labor costs Valid state licensing as a Master Plumber; relevant certifications in welding or heavy equipment operation are a plus Excellent problem-solving skills combined with basic math proficiency for measurements and calculations Ability to work safely in physically demanding environments while maintaining attention to detail Valid driver's license Join our team as a Master Plumber where your expertise will make a tangible impact on construction projects!
