Job Description

Plumber Monsoon Water Solutions LLC Gilbert, AZ Job Details Contract $100
  • $125 an hour 19 hours ago Qualifications Plumbing system maintenance and repair Plumbing License Water treatment systems Equipment installation In-person customer service Plumbing building codes Residential plumbing Mechanical fittings Water systems Reverse osmosis water treatment Water softener installation Liability insurance Full Job Description Monsoon Water Solutions is a locally owned water treatment company launching in October across Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Scottsdale and Tempe.
We specialize in two things:
whole-home softening and filtration, and under-sink reverse osmosis. That focus is intentional. Every install is a system we know inside and out, built for Valley water. We handle the marketing, sales, scheduling, customer service, and all equipment and installation materials. I'm looking for two or three installation partners who take pride in clean, code-compliant work and treat every home like their own.
What the work looks like:
  • Whole-home systems in 48K and 64K grain capacities, typically a single-tank softener/carbon combo or a larger dual-tank setup with a dedicated, self-cleaning carbon tank
  • Most homes are city water, and many newer East Valley builds have a pre-plumbed softener loop
  • Under-sink tank or tankless reverse osmosis with alkaline remineralization (tankless requires an outlet under the sink)
  • Tie-in at the loop or main, bypass setup, drain and brine line routing with proper air gap
  • Valve programming for local hardness, first regeneration, and flow and pressure verification
  • Before and after photos, a clean workspace, and a short system walkthrough with the homeowner
  • A typical install takes 3 to 4 hours What I'm looking for:
  • 20+ whole-home softener and RO installs, with dual-tank experience a strong plus
  • Active Arizona ROC license covering plumbing work
  • General liability insurance with ability to provide a COI
  • Reliable truck and your own tools
  • Able to handle and set a 125 lb system on your own
  • Available for installs with 24 to 48 hours' notice (longer notice is fine for scheduled jobs)
  • Professional and good with homeowners. You're representing Monsoon in their home What you get:
  • Flat rate per package: $400 for a single-tank system with RO, $500 for a dual-tank system with RO. You know the pay before you accept the job
  • Pre-sold installs. No marketing, no quoting, no chasing customers
  • Equipment, fittings, and install materials supplied. You bring your tools and skills
  • Site conditions that need extra work are approved before the job, never billed after
  • All equipment warranty handled by us. You warrant your workmanship
  • Detailed job notes and site photos before every install, so there are no surprises on arrival
  • Starting with a couple of installs a week, with a goal of 4 to 5 as we grow Straight talk: we're a new company, and I'd rather work closely with two or three solid people than chase twenty.
If you've done a lot of these and want steady, pre-sold work added to your book without the overhead, let's talk. Apply with your install count, ROC license number, and the part of the Valley you cover.
