As a Service Plumber, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities Respond promptly to service calls, diagnosing plumbing issues accurately and efficiently. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and appliances in commercial and residential settings. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure precise installation and repairs. Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and other construction tools safely and effectively. Perform remodeling tasks such as re-routing pipes or upgrading existing plumbing infrastructure to meet client needs. Conduct inspections on plumbing systems. Assist with construction site tasks including heavy lifting, assembly, carpentry work, and remodeling projects as needed. Maintain detailed records of service work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for quality assurance. Requirements Proven experience in construction and service plumbing with a solid understanding of pipe threading, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation. Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools in a construction environment. Knowledge of mechanical systems related to plumbing and familiarity with schematics for troubleshooting complex issues. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper technique; physically fit for demanding tasks on construction sites. Strong basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical data. Valid driver's license for site visits and material transport. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with handyman experience is a plus. Commitment to safety protocols on construction sites; ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments.
