You will:

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems Educate homeowners and recommend solutions Build trust through professionalism and communication Deliver clean, efficient, high-quality workmanship Represent the Pioneer Plumbing brand with excellence Key Responsibilities Service & Technical Execution Perform residential plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and efficiently Service water heaters, fixtures, piping, sewer lines, and plumbing systems Follow all plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures Maintain clean and organized job sites and vehicles Customer Experience Build rapport and trust with homeowners Clearly explain plumbing issues and available solutions Deliver a professional, 5-star customer experience on every call Maintain strong communication and professionalism in customer homes Performance & Accountability Maintain productivity and quality standards Accurately document completed work and service notes Participate in coaching and ongoing development Take ownership of job performance and customer satisfaction Team Collaboration Communicate effectively with dispatch and management Support team goals and company initiatives Maintain a positive attitude and team-first mentality What We're Looking For 24+ years old with valid driver's license and insurable driving record Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (including cannabis for safety-sensitive roles) 2+ years of plumbing experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Strong communication and customer service skills ServiceTitan experience is a plus Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Professional appearance and positive attitude Coachable mindset and willingness to grow Important This is a customer-facing role — professionalism and communication are critical Success in this role comes from accountability, consistency, and customer trust We are looking for plumbers who want long-term growth and career development Peak season and emergency service may require overtime or on-call availability

Experience Residential Plumbing:

2+ years preferred License/Certification Plumbing license preferred but not required Valid Driver's License required

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
