Responsibilities Diagnose plumbing issues using schematics, blueprints, and mechanical knowledge to determine the best repair or installation approach Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on plumbing systems, including pipe threading, fixture replacements, and system upgrades Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and construction tools to complete tasks efficiently and safely on construction sites or remodeling projects Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to ensure precise work aligned with project specifications Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks required for pipe installation, system repairs, or remodeling projects while adhering to safety standards Collaborate with team members on construction plumbing projects, HVAC integration, or site remodeling efforts Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including schematic updates, repair logs, and inspection reports Skills Strong background in construction plumbing with hands-on experience in commercial or residential settings Proficiency in welding, pipe threading, and using various hand tools and power tools for plumbing tasks Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, HVAC components, and related mechanical equipment Experience working on construction sites with an understanding of safety protocols and heavy lifting techniques Skilled in basic math for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting plumbing issues Familiarity with carpentry, assembly work, remodeling projects, and handyman tasks to support diverse job requirements Valid commercial driving license preferred for transportation between job sites Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering top-tier service through technical expertise and energetic problem-solving.
