Mr. Rooter Plumbing is looking for a motivated and dependable Plumbing Installer to join our growing team! We are seeking someone who is skilled, hardworking, and committed to delivering high-quality plumbing installations while providing an excellent customer experience. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience, skill level, and qualifications. What You'll Do Install residential and commercial plumbing systems and fixtures. Perform installations including water heaters, tankless water heaters, water softeners, sewer lines, water lines, gas lines, fixtures, repipes, and plumbing system replacements . Ensure all installations meet company standards, plumbing codes, and safety regulations. Diagnose installation-related concerns and recommend solutions when needed. Maintain communication with dispatch, office staff, and technicians throughout the installation process. Complete job documentation, photos, and required paperwork accurately. Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, tools, and job site. Provide professional, respectful, and knowledgeable customer service. Work closely with service technicians and team members to ensure customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For 2+ years of plumbing installation experience preferred Residential and commercial plumbing knowledge Experience installing water heaters, fixtures, and plumbing systems preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying environments Must be dependable, professional, and motivated Why Join Mr. Rooter Plumbing?
