Position Summary We are seeking a Plumbing Installer to perform residential plumbing installations and replacements with precision, efficiency, and professionalism. This position works closely with our Lead Installer and Service Manager to ensure every job meets Flow Pro standards for quality and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, non-exempt position eligible for overtime pay in accordance with California labor law. Responsibilities Perform residential plumbing installations, including water heaters, repipes, and sewer systems. Ensure all work meets local code requirements and company quality standards. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Maintain detailed job documentation (photos, forms, invoices). Operate and maintain company tools, equipment, and assigned vehicle. Follow all company safety procedures and policies. Qualifications 3+ years of plumbing installation experience preferred. Strong technical knowledge of residential plumbing systems. Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Ability to lift and move up to 150 lbs. safely.

Compensation Hourly Pay:

$35.00-$40.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Overtime:

Paid per California law.

Pay Schedule:

Weekly, every Friday.
