Job Description

Lead Commercial Service Technician / Plumber JP Prime Inc. is looking to hire experienced Commercial Service Plumbers, and we are interested in you! Qualifications and Responsibilities:
5+ years' experience as a Commercial Service Plumber Lives in the Orange County Market Must have experience performing Commercial Plumbing Service work in office buildings, medical and healthcare facilities, industrial and manufacturing facilities, distribution/fulfillment centers, etc. Ability to troubleshoot, repair and replace plumbing fixtures, including faucets, toilets, flush valves, instant hot water heaters, etc. Drain cleaning and jetting experience required Ability to work on water, irrigation, and gas piping, including PVC, copper, black pipe, and galvanized pipe Experience working on pump systems, including recirculation pumps, booster pumps, and sump pumps (duplex and triplex systems) Ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial application water heaters and/or boilers Must be able to safely operate a service truck, which must be stored at home in a safe area such as home driveway or garage (no street parking) Must be able to work nights and weekends when projects require Experience dealing with commercial environment customers is a must, so we ask that you are personable, presentable, and professional at all times.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced plumbers/installers Valid driver's license
Compensation and Benefits:
