In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial remodels to new construction, utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver high-quality results. Please call the number listed below for any questions regarding the position: (949) 773-6439 Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute plumbing layouts accurately Use hand tools and power tools such as pipe threaders, wrenches, drills, and welding equipment to complete tasks efficiently Perform pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly to ensure secure connections and optimal system performance Conduct inspections of plumbing systems for leaks, blockages, or malfunctions during various phases of construction or remodeling projects Lift heavy materials safely and perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations Skills Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing codes and safety regulations Proficiency in reading blueprints and mechanical drawings to guide installation work Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery effectively Strong mechanical knowledge related to piping systems, HVAC integration, and remodeling projects Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper ergonomics Familiarity with construction site protocols, including schematics interpretation and site safety procedures Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations Experience with carpentry tasks related to framing or remodeling projects is a plus Handyman experience or assembly skills can enhance versatility on the job site Join us if you're eager to bring your plumbing expertise into a vibrant construction environment where your skills make a tangible impact!
