With over 27 years of experience in the mechanical field with new builds, retrofits, incentive upgrades, construction, installs and service for commercial and multi-family properties and projects. Candidates for all positions should possess the following qualities: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Be a people person with a good attitude that works well with others Be a hard worker who's willing to jump in and get things done Have a desire to make money and do well for themselves Seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead commercial plumbing crews and manage installation work on new builds and remodels. The ideal candidate can oversee complex tasks, direct personnel, and ensure the project meets deadlines and standards. Preferred experience for plumbing technicians and installers: Pipe fitting experience Knowledge of hydronic heating and domestic hot water systems Soldering and brazing experience Grooving pipe Threading pipe Modern plumbing technologies I.e. Pro press, pex, socket fusion etc. Experience with water control and containment in mid, and high rise buildings Water distribution systems Basic electrical knowledge Gas piping DWV systems Basic code knowledge Basic understanding of plans Writing estimates based on service and maintenance Experience installing and servicing high-efficiency equipment

• Availability for out of town projects is a plus Some of the

REQUIRED

experience for anyone claiming to have formean experience or a desire to run projects: Experience managing multiple techs/installers on a project while maintaining clear and open communication with direct supervisors Inventory management Overseeing quality control while performing work themselves Maintaining code compliance as needed throughout Ensuring a tidy and SAFE jobsite Communication and coordination with site superintendents and other trade foreman Daily reports on issues and updates on project completion

Monday

• Friday Typically 8am
• 5pm Hours may vary dependent on project or job on Occasional overnight jobs
• advance notice given each time
