Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of various plumbing fixtures and appliances. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on construction sites or residential properties. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial and residential settings. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand plumbing layouts. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks. Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project completion. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations during all work performed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Skills Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics related to plumbing systems. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various plumbing issues. Experience with HVAC systems is a plus. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety measures. Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively. A maintenance person approach with skills in building or repairing various structures may be beneficial. Valid commercial driving license is preferred for transportation of equipment between job sites.
